Welcome to our multipurpose facility.

Our main facility is located at 3000 South Russell Street and has more than 70,000 square feet that houses our pool & sauna, gymnasiums, workout equipment, group exercise studio, youth center, childcare areas, community meeting rooms, administrative offices and more. We take pride in our facility that was built and expanded through the generous support of the community; we work diligently keeping it maintained and updated. Take a look at all the features below—we encourage everyone to take full advantage of everything this facility has to offer.

Pool

Our indoor pool is 25 yards long and 72 lengths equal one mile. Check out the current monthly schedules on our Schedules page or stop by the Welcome Center. Lifeguards are always on duty.

Sauna

The sauna is monitored by the lifeguard on duty and is open during pool hours.

Health & Wellness Center

Our fully equipped fitness center includes circuit training machines and free weights, stationary and recumbent bikes, treadmills, elliptical treadmills, arc trainers, Espresso fitness bikes, spinning bikes and our wood-floor group exercise studio.

Running & Walking Track

Our track is always available for walking and running during operating hours. Fifteen and one-half laps equal one mile. Soft sole shoes only please.

Gymnasium

Located on the main floor, our gymnasium almost always has something going on, including noon pickup basketball. Basketballs are available during open gym. Soft sole shoes only please. Check out the current monthly schedules on our Programs page or stop by the Welcome Center.

Kid's Gym (Blue Gym)

A smaller-scaled gymnasium designed for the younger children. This gym, also called the Blue Gym, is used for indoor soccer, Bitty Basketball, tumbling and dance classes, meetings and as an indoor play area.

Youth Center

Our recently remodeled Youth Center is a great hangout for teens. Games include Dance Dance Revolution, X-Board pro, pool, air hockey, pingpong and foosball. Listen to music, study, read, relax—all in a space made just for teens.

Climbing Wall

A 28-foot climbing wall features a totally natural, seamless rock face with climbing routes set for beginners through advanced climbers. Our wall also is available for birthday and corporate rentals.

Locker Rooms

In addition to men’s and women’s locker rooms, we also have men’s and women’s family locker rooms so a parent or guardian can assist children of the opposite gender. Members provide their own locks and towels.

Elevator

We are equipped with an elevator for persons unable to use the stairs to access the Health & Wellness Center, track, exercise studio, pool observation deck or administrative offices. The elevator is located in the rear of the facility near the family locker rooms.
