Simply fill out the form below to request your life jackets. Please submit your requests 48 hours in advance. A YMCA staff member will contact you to arrange for pickup.

I need...
We do not have XL or larger adult life jackets. However, they are a universal fit and work for most adults needing XL.
Once you check which sizes you want, you will be given the option to add quantities for each size.
By signing, I understand that I am responsible for returning life jackets in the same condition they were lent to me. I understand that I must return life jackets to the Missoula Family YMCA within 48 hours of borrowing them.

Life Jacket Loaner FAQ

No. The Life Jacket Loaner Program is open to the public and anyone may request to borrow life jackets. 

No. Life jackets are loaned out at no cost. 

Life jacket sizes range from infant to adult.

  • Infant 0-30 lbs
  • Child 30-50 lbs
  • Youth 50-90 lbs
  • Adult 90+ lbs

You're welcome to borrow life jackets for up to 14 days. 

Thank you for submitting a request! A YMCA staff member will be in touch within 48 business hours. 

Please call the YMCA's Aquatics Department at 406-721-9622 or email aquatics@ymcamissoula.org to report lost or damaged life jackets.
