Text Box: “Active Allies” Boot Camp- The ultimate challenge for the fitness enthusiast who wants to be pushed to the limit.  Must enlist monthly at the service desk. Fee based.
Advanced Step– Step class with a few twist and turns. Fast-paced and fun choreography.  Recommended for experienced steppers.
AKB – (Aerobic Kick Boxing) Punch and kick your way to being fit! Interval training that incorporates punches and kicks into one great sweat-inducing workout.  Hand wraps, gloves and bags are utilized and provided.
CORE - More than traditional abdominal crunches!  Includes planks, back extensor and oblique strengthening exercises.
CS – (Cardio Sculpt) This class keeps you moving as you strengthen & tone.
“Fun”tional Families-Increase CORE strength, improve fitness and have fun with your family at the same time.
Metabolic Madness-Calorie burning, progressive strength and CORE exercises
to rev up your metabolism and prepare your body for life’s challenges.
Pilates – Stretching and strengthening exercises developed by Joseph Pilates.
It’s a great way to balance out your fitness routine! (See also TAZ)
Pilates Intro – Learn the fundamentals of Pilates which will help prepare you for other classes.
Pump - Strength conditioning designed to “pump” you up.
S/S+ – (Step Aerobics/Step Plus) The ever popular step-a fun way to workout for anyone. Step Plus adds bursts of high intensity floor drills and lower body strength work. Level options are shown. Join the fun!
SI – (Step Interval) A great interval workout that alternates step with other cardio or strength exercises using various equipment. Abs included.
Studio PALS (Low Impact) – For Pre/Postnatal, Active Older Adults, 
Low Impact Participants, or those Starting to exercise. 
Step Intro – Learn the basic step moves, terminology and patterns that will help prepare you for our step classes. (Check for dates & times.)
 
Text Box: CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Text Box: SS – (Step and Sculpt) A fun cardio workout on the step followed by muscular conditioning using a variety of equipment.  Concludes with abdominal work and
stretching.
Tai Chi - Gentle flowing movements focusing on overall balance and flexibility.
TBC – (Total Body Conditioning) This class provides a balanced workout with emphasis on cardio and strength training. Class may include step, floor aerobics, track, hand weights & resistance tubing.  Great for the exerciser who likes 
variety!
TAZ – (Tone and Zone)  This class emphasizing muscular strength, flexibility and relaxation.  A combination of strength training and Pilates.
TNT – (Trim & Tone)  Total conditioning, totally awesome! This class focuses on muscular strength and conditioning, flexibility and abdominals.  A variety of equipment will be used. 
Y – (Yoga) Increase your muscular strength and flexibility, reduce stress and fine tune your body. Yoga is for all fitness levels.
Beg Yoga – (Yoga for beginners)  Learn the basics!
Power Yoga - Continual challenging poses combining strength and flexibility.
Cycling Classes  *Be sure to bring a water bottle & towel to class!
C – (Cycle) Get ready for a fun time and a great workout! Cycling is for anyone who enjoys a group workout to motivating music.  All terrain ride-flats and hills.  We encourage participants to work at their own pace–all fitness levels welcome. 45 minutes.*
C+ - (Cycle Plus) An extended version of our cycling class. Get ready to ride for 60 minutes.*
C & Circuit - (C&Cir) This class offers the option of going through the Cybex
multi-station circuit following the cycling workout.
SC (Short Cycle) - 30 minute cycling class.  Great warm-up to TNT.
