December Food Box Distribution

Our December 8 distribution was a success! Thank you to everyone who made it possible.

PLEASE NOTE: December 15, 22, and 29 food box distributions will be at the Missoula Food Bank at 1720 Wyoming St. Please contact the Missoula Food Bank at 406-549-0543. Thank you!

The Missoula YMCA is partnering with the Missoula Food Bank on the CFAP (Coronavirus Food Assistance Program) Perishable Box program. This program provides federal USDA funding to pay growers and processors for food that might normally be sold to grocers or restaurants, but, due to COVID-19, may instead go to waste.

At a Glance:

• Distributed December 15, 22, and 29 at the Missoula Food Bank at 1720 Wyoming St.
• Each box is 20–30 lbs
• Boxes include fresh produce, a gallon of milk, assorted dairy items, and 1–2 meat protein items
