We are currently rennovating our Health & Wellness Center. This remodel will enhance our space and allow us to have better equipment and more room for functional exercise. We will be open throughout the entire project. The remodel wil be complete by June 1st.

It's Spring Soccer season and we are excited.  In Y soccer everyone plays and everyone wins!! We have 900+ players this season on 118 teams!  Come check out the fun on a Soccer Sunday.

We believe families need a place to play together.

We’ve created a Family Fun Calendar for families to use as a quick-glance-tool to see what families can enjoy at our Y.  Everything from climbing times in our rock wall to open gym times to shoot hoops is listed on the calendar.  Our child-watch hours and family fun time hours are also listed!

All of the activities listed are included with a family membership. Anyone can join in the fun if you’re not a member you can pay the daily fee of $17 for the entire family to participate.

To kick the New Year off right we will be hosting an indoor triathlon on the first day of the year.

Active 6 is about changing lives. It's about staying healthy, staying active and making the right choices that will ultimately define the type of adults our kids turn into.

Here's how it works: Every 6th grader in Missoula County is eligible for a FREE YMCA membership, a FREE Mountain Line bus pass (provided by KPAX), , and FREE Admission to Griz basketball games. It doesn't get any easier than that. After school on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Missoula County Active 6 kids get to participate in organized activites promoting health and wellness at the Missoula Family YMCA. It's simpl and safe. Your Active 6 kid can ride the Mountain Line bus from their school to the Y and you can pick them up after work.

ARE YOU 60 OR OLDER? You’re invited to participate! This is a FREE event for adults 60 and older to come and learn about their personal health. DATE: Saturday, October 20th TIME: 8:00am - 12:00pm LOCATION: Missoula Family YMCA (3000 S. Russell St.) Participants can have any or all of the following assessed: • Balance • Endurance • Strength • Hearing • Vision • CarFit (AAA) • Feet • Bone Density • Medication Review - Bring your list! • Blood Panel for $10 (8am - 10am) Blood Panel requires 12 hour fast • PSA Panel for $15 (8am-10am)
