Day & Month Passes

The Health & Wellness Center is the Missoula YMCA's fitness center. It consists of two group fitness studios, a cycling studio, cardio and weight decks, dedicated stretching areas, and the Functional Training Room, which supports functional movement.

Located on the 2nd floor of the YMCA, our Functional Training Room offers dedicated stretching areas, box jumps, free weights, TRX, rowing machines, and more. This space has a synthetic, shock-absorptive flooring that 

Our cardio and weight decks offer a variety of equipment including:

  • Treadmills
  • Ellipicals
  • Zero Runners
  • Selectorized Machines
  • Squat Racks
  • Cable Machines
  • Spin Bikes
  • ...and more

Members also have access to:

  • Resistance Bands
  • Yoga Blocks and Mats
  • Free Weights

Yes. The weight deck's first (outside) row is accessible by wheelchair and includes chest press, row, shoulder press. Our Sunset Studio has both Relentless Rope and battle ropes. A hand cycle is located in the our cardio deck. 

Yes. The YMCA's Health & Wellness Center is open to members in grades 6+. Anyone under the age of 14 must complete a free orientation before using the Health & Wellness Center.

Yes. Free orientations are available for all members at the Health & Wellness Desk on the 2nd floor. Orientations are drop-in. During your orientation, a YMCA coach will walk you through our fitness center, show you how to safely use equipment, and answer your questions. 

Please note: Anyone under the age of 14 is required to complete an orientation before using the Health & Wellness Center.
