Individual Personal Training Sessions
Work toward your fitness goals in a one-on-one setting with a personal trainer. Each session is 60 minutes.
Cost:
- 1 Session: $56 w/ YMCA membership ($72 for non-YMCA members)
- 4 Sessions: $198 w/ YMCA membership ($260 for non-YMCA members)
- 8 Sessions: $353 w/ YMCA membership ($460 for non-YMCA members)
- 16 Sessions: $640 w/ YMCA membership ($752 for non-YMCA members)
Two-Person Personal Training Sessions
Pair up with a friend to work with a personal trainer on either shared or individual fitness goals. Each session is 60 minutes.
Pricing includes both people.
Cost:
- 1 Session: $70 w/ YMCA membership ($100 for non-YMCA members)
- 4 Sessions: $250 w/ YMCA membership ($360 for non-YMCA members)
- 8 Sessions: $440 w/ YMCA membership ($640 for non-YMCA members)

Personal Training FAQs
Congratulations! We're excited to have you start your personal training journey with us. A YMCA Health & Wellness staff person will reach out within 48 business hours on next steps.
You will pay when you arrive for your first session. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early and stop by our Welcome Center desk to make a payment. We accept cash and card. We do not charge a credit card fee.
We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable, breathable clothes that you can easily move in. Close-toed shoes are required. Equipment will be provided.
While each personal trainer takes a different approach, your first session will focus on your personal fitness goals. From there, your trainer will develop a plan.
Sessions are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
No. Personal training sessions are not refundable or transferable. However, we can reschedule sessions or schedule you for a different trainer.
All YMCA personal trainers are accredited through a national organization (AFAA, NASM, etc.).
