Programs with registration and/or fees are open to both YMCA and non-YMCA members.
Access to YMCA spaces (such as the Youth Activity Center) and drop-in and/or no-cost programs are typically a YMCA member benefit and may require membership or a day pass to use.
The Missoula Family YMCA is committed to being a safe space for children, individuals, and families. All YMCA staff undergo extensive training around child abuse prevention. Staff are also certified in CPR/AED and First Aid.

If you suspect that a child is being abused either in or outside of Y programs, call the DPHHS hotline at 1-800-820-KIDS (5437). Communication is confidential unless a district judge orders otherwise.
A Commitment to Missoula Kids & Teens
The Missoula YMCA is a nonprofit charity. We are committed to providing affordable and accessible health and wellbeing opportunities for all Missoulians.
6th Graders
Our Active 6 program helps teens develop healthy habits by providing more than 250 free YMCA memberships annually to local 6th graders.
Field Trips
During the school year, we partner with local middle schools to offer free field trips to the YMCA. During the field trip, students get the opportunity to try out a variety of YMCA spaces including the pool, group fitness classes, and the climbing wall.
