UNITE Team Training
Led by inspirational coaches, our UNITE Team Training offers fitness options in a welcoming, small group setting. UNITE offers two tracks to choose from (FIT or LIFE) to help support your personal fitness goals. All sessions are set to powerful music and led by inspirational coaches who are with you every step of the way while motivating you to new levels of strength and fitness. This 50-minute workout will improve functional fitness and strength for all-over athletic results. UNITE FIT workouts are high intensity with a focus on functional and dynamic exercises. Meets twice a week for seven weeks.
This 50-minute workout will improve total body strength, fitness, and toning, and help to bring renewed energy. UNITE LIFE workouts are moderate intensity with a focus on low-impact and functional strength exercises. Meets twice a week for seven weeks.
