Masters Swimming


Ages 18+

YMCA Masters Swim offers 60–90 minutes of coached lap swim workouts for adults. Our coaches provide tips and feedback to help you improve your swimming ability. Open to intermediate to advanced swimmers. Swimmers must know the basics of the four main strokes—freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly—and have the endurance to swim laps in a 25-yard pool.
