Riverbank Run Volunteer Opportunities

Saturday, April 27, 2024
All ages

The YMCA Riverbank Run is an annual fundraiser for the Missoula Family YMCA. All proceeds stay right here in Missoula and benefit our financial assistance program. More than 2,000 racers of all ages are expected to join us on race day, Saturday, April 27. Safety is our top priority and we rely on volunteers to help keep the course safe for racers!

Race volunteers are needed on Saturday, April 27, to direct traffic, cheer on racers, and monitor water stations. This one-day volunteer opportunity is perfect for students, families, or businesses wanting to give back to their community. All volunteers will need to attend a volunteer orientation on race day prior to the start of their shift.

Interested in volunteering? Fill out and submit the form below. Our race team will be in contact shortly.

All volunteers are required to check in and attend a brief orientation at the YMCA (3000 S. Russell St.) on Saturday, April 27, between 7:30–8:15 a.m. You will receive detailed information on your course assignment, this year's race shirt, and a safety vest.
