Birthday Parties at the YMCA

Host your next birthday party at the Missoula YMCA! Birthday rentals are open to both Y members and non-members. The Y's Blue Gym and Climbing Wall offer private group rentals. Y pool rentals are offered during the Y's open swim times. Groups are responsible for providing food and decorations.

 

Scroll below to submit your request! Requests must be made a minimum of two weeks in advanced. All rentals are dependent on Y staff and space availability.

Blue Gym Rental:

With basketball hoops, sports equipment, and plenty of space for games and activities, our Blue Gym is a great place for your next birthday party! Your group will have private access to the Blue Gym during your party.

  • 1.5-hour rental
  • Space and equipment for up to 20 children and their parents
  • Tables and chairs for cake and present area in the Blue Gym
  • Tumbling mats and sports equipment
  • Small bounce house for children 6 and younger (additional $50)
  • Fees:
    • $125 ($100 with Y membership)

 

Climbing Wall Rental:

Our 28-foot indoor climbing wall offers routes for climbers of all experience levels.Your group will have private access to the wall during your party. Belay staff and climbing equipment included.

  • 1.5-hour rental
  • Harnesses and shoes provided
  • Fees:
    • 1–10 Climbers: $154 (includes 1 belay staff)
    • 11–20 Climbers: $184 (includes 2 belay staff)

 

Pool Rental:

Your next birthday party is sure to make a splash at the Y's indoor pool! This rental includes access to lifeguard-supervised open swim for 1 or 2 hours for you and your guests. Pool rentals are offered in a shared space during the Y's open swim times.

  • 1- or 2-hour rental
  • Fees:
    • 1 Hour (1–15 guests): $80
    • 2 Hours (1–15 guests): $120 
    • 2 Hours (16–20 guests): $150
    • 2 Hours (21–30 guests): $200

 

Cake & Present Space:

Enjoy cake and presents in a room reserved just for you and your guests! Staff not included. Groups are responsible for providing and cleaning up food and decorations.

I understand that all birthday rentals are dependent on staff and space availability.
I understand that my request is not complete until Y staff have confirmed my rental and a deposit has been paid.
I understand that I am responsible for paying a deposit (25% of rental cost) at least one week before my party date to guarantee my rental.
I understand that all guests in my group must sign the Y's inherent risk waiver.
The waiver is available at the bottom of this page or can be provided when guests arrive.
