Membership Changes
Use the form below to upgrade, downgrade, hold, or cancel your membership. Changes must be made by your account's primary member (typically the payee). Please read the terms of each option, then use the form below to make your request.
Terms of Membership Hold
- Your membership may be placed on hold for free for up to three months. Unlike canceling your membership, you will not need to pay an enrollment fee when you restart.
- Your Missoula Y membership will automatically reactivate and resume collecting your monthly membership dues on the 1st of the month following the hold.
- No one on your membership may use the Y during the hold unless they pay the daily guest rate.
Terms of Membership Cancellation
- Your cancellation request will go into effect on the last day of the month you submit your cancellation request.
- You are still responsible for the current month's membership dues.
- You will need to pay the enrollment fee should you wish to rejoin the Missoula Y in the future. You are able to place your membership on hold for free for up to 3 months.
Terms of Membership Upgrade
- Your new membership goes into effect immediately—you will be charged an upgrade fee and prorated for any time left in this month.
- It is your responsibility to know the difference between your current membership type and your new membership type.
Terms of Membership Downgrade
- Your new membership and its monthly dues go into effect on the first of the upcoming month.
- It is your responsibility to know the difference between your current membership type and your new membership type.
Terms of Virtual Y Impact Membership
- Virtual Y Impact Membership is a single-person membership that costs $19/mo.
- Access is limited to the Virtual Y Studio. You will no longer have access to our in-person facility starting the 1st of the upcoming month.
- Your request will go into effect on the last day of the month you submit your request.
- You are still responsible for the current month's membership dues.
- It is your responsibility to know the difference between your current membership type and your new membership type.
