Strength Classes
Our strength-training classes help build and develop strength in a positive group environment. Classes are designed to increase muscle endurance, increase cardiovascular ability, and develop coordination and balance. Classes are included with Y membership.

Set to fun, energetic music, this class incorporates an upper-body workout with weights and combination of high-intensity core and lower-body exercises at the barre. Each class ends with stretching, which results in stronger, more elongated muscles while gaining flexibility.
Gain strength and balance while working your core with stability balls, Bosu, and medicine balls. Cardio intervals on the track and on the bleachers will work your endurance and take your cardiovascular system to new levels!
