After school clubs for Missoula youth ages 7-17.
Grade 6+
YMCA Teen Clubs offer a group environment for teens to hang out and have fun alongside friends. Unless noted, programs are held at the YMCA's Youth Activity Center (YAC) and registration is required.
All clubs are supervised and/or led by YMCA staff and volunteers who've undergone background checks and completed abuse prevention training.
Active 6 provides middle schoolers with opportunities to engage build healthy habits alongside friends and positive adult role models. Expect to get your heart rate up, enjoy a healthy snack, and discover new ways to be active with your peers.

Ages 7-17
Turn up the heat with the YMCA's first ever Baking Club! Prepare recipes and bring home delicious foods every week. We'll explore various methods of creating memorable goodies. Registration required.
Session: January 14–February 18
Days & Times: Wednesdays from 3:30–5:30 p.m.

Ages 11+
Baking may be a science, but cooking is an art! Learn the skills to be both competent and confident while cooking. We'll go beyond simply following recipes, to develop an understanding of cooking fundamentals.

Grades 6-12
Engage with peers and express your teen voice in Leaders' Club. In this weekly club, middle schoolers will explore the many aspects of civic engagement, design a group service project with other teens, and share your voice on topics important to you. Must have an active YMCA Membership to register.
Session: January 12–May 18

Ages 7-17
Bring your imagination to life! Enjoy themed projects, collaborative challenges, and creative construction - all using our favorite building materials - LEGO!
Club will not meet on MCPS's No-School days (1/19, 2/9, and 2/16).
Session: January 12–March 30
Days & Times: Mondays from 3:30–5:30 p.m.

Ages 7+
While less structured than our LEGO Club, our LEGO drop-in still provides time and space to let the creativity flow. Stop by for a quick build or stay the full two hours!

Ages 7-17
Spark your curiosity as we dive into the many disciplines of science. We'll explore biology, engineering, physics, chemistry, and earth sciences. Put on your lab coat and fasten those safety glasses!

Days & Times: Fridays from 3:30–5:30 p.m.

Ages 7+
Come and jam with friends and YMCA staff in the new Youth Activity Center. Musical Y staff will be present with YMCA instruments. Feel free to bring your own instrument, or come and try one of ours! This drop-in club setting is casual, and instruction will depend on interest.

Bring cards to trade and battle! Not interested in Pokémon? We'll have a plethora of board games out and available too! Come alone or bring friends. This drop-in is hosted by YMCA staff.
